Flooring Prices for Residential Installation
INSTALLATION/LABOR WARRANTY: Colonial Floors warrants that all installation work executed within the agreed guidelines, specifications and contract specifics will be installed in a manner that is considered industry standard and acceptable for normal residential use. Colonial Floors agrees to comply to guidelines of installation that are considered by industry experts and manufacturers to be acceptable processes for the proper installation of their products, this includes although is not limited to, the use of adhesive, floor finishes and stains. Colonial Floors will agree to enforce compliance to these guidelines through our onsite inspection process and through the supply of necessary items that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications.
